Billing
Monitor your plan usage, included guided actions, and overage charges.
Overview
The Billing page shows your current plan, how many guided actions you've used against your monthly quota, and an estimated charge breakdown.
Navigate to Billing in the admin sidebar.
Plan Overview
The Plan Overview card shows:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Tier | Your current pricing tier |
| Monthly Price | Base monthly platform fee |
| Included Guided Actions | Quota of guided actions included in your plan |
| Overage Rate | Cost per action beyond the included quota |
If no pricing plan is configured, the card shows a placeholder until your account is provisioned.
Guided Actions
A guided action is a successfully resolved AI interaction — for example, a chat where the agent helped a user complete a task or answered their question.
Usage Progress
A progress bar shows how many guided actions you've consumed against your quota for the current billing period.
Overage Callout
If you exceed your included quota, an amber callout shows:
- How many actions are over quota
- The estimated overage charge for the period
Charge Breakdown
| Line Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Platform fee | The flat monthly base cost for your tier |
| Overage | Number of actions over quota × overage rate |
| Estimated total | Sum of platform fee and overage |
The total updates throughout the month as more actions are counted.
Daily Breakdown
A stacked bar chart shows guided actions per day for the current period, split into:
- Counted — Actions that count against your quota
- Not Counted — Actions that don't count (e.g., internal/employee traffic, dropped sessions)
Use this to spot usage spikes and plan capacity.
What Counts as a Guided Action
Counted:
- Resolved AI chats where the user got an answer
- Successful guided flows the agent completed for the user
Not counted:
- Employee traffic from your team
- Sessions that ended without resolution
- Bot or development traffic
