Sync Deway conversation data to HubSpot to enrich your CRM with AI engagement insights.
Overview
The Deway + HubSpot integration allows you to:
- Sync conversation data to HubSpot contact records
- Track AI engagement as CRM activities
- Trigger workflows based on chat activity
- Score leads using Deway interaction data
Setup
Prerequisites
- An active Deway account with the Web SDK installed
- A HubSpot account with API access
- Admin permissions in both platforms
Step 1: Get Your HubSpot API Key
- Log into your HubSpot account
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations > API Key
- Generate or copy your API key
Step 2: Configure in Deway
- Log into your Deway dashboard
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations
- Find HubSpot in the integrations list
- Click Connect
- Paste your HubSpot API key
- Click Save

Troubleshooting
Events Not Appearing in HubSpot
- Verify the API key is correct
- Check that the integration is enabled in Deway
- Ensure users are identified with
Deway.identify()using an ID that matches HubSpot contacts - Allow a few minutes for data to sync
