Woopra Integration
Send Deway events to Woopra for customer journey analytics.
Overview
The Deway + Woopra integration allows you to:
- Track AI interactions as part of the full customer journey
- Visualize engagement across touchpoints
- Segment users by their Deway activity
Setup
Prerequisites
- An active Deway account with the Web SDK installed
- A Woopra account with a configured project
- Admin permissions in both platforms
Step 1: Get Your Woopra Domain
- Log into your Woopra account
- Navigate to your project settings
- Copy your Project Domain (e.g.,
yourcompany.com)
Step 2: Configure in Deway
- Log into your Deway dashboard
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations
- Find Woopra in the integrations list
- Click Connect
- Enter your Woopra domain
- Click Save

Troubleshooting
Events Not Appearing
- Verify the domain is correct
- Check the integration is enabled in Deway
- Ensure
Deway.identify()is called so events are attributed to the correct user - Allow a few minutes for events to appear in Woopra
