Woopra Integration

Send Deway events to Woopra for customer journey analytics.

Overview

The Deway + Woopra integration allows you to:

  • Track AI interactions as part of the full customer journey
  • Visualize engagement across touchpoints
  • Segment users by their Deway activity

Setup

Prerequisites

  • An active Deway account with the Web SDK installed
  • A Woopra account with a configured project
  • Admin permissions in both platforms

Step 1: Get Your Woopra Domain

  1. Log into your Woopra account
  2. Navigate to your project settings
  3. Copy your Project Domain (e.g., yourcompany.com)

Step 2: Configure in Deway

  1. Log into your Deway dashboard
  2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations
  3. Find Woopra in the integrations list
  4. Click Connect
  5. Enter your Woopra domain
  6. Click Save

Troubleshooting

Events Not Appearing

  1. Verify the domain is correct
  2. Check the integration is enabled in Deway
  3. Ensure Deway.identify() is called so events are attributed to the correct user
  4. Allow a few minutes for events to appear in Woopra
